Hello lovely readers, it’s been a long time since I told you about my adventures. This weekend I sadly failed to get tockets for ‘I’m from Barcelona’ and then, in a shocking lapse from my usual form, also failed to get my name on the list for the VIP area of the atmoium concert. Alas there were no canapés or champagne with Calogero and Axelle Red for me; however, as Lordi pulled out two days before, the rejection was a lot easier to handle. Instead I spent Saturday out dancing with a selection of fabulous boys and girls, on a podium, dressed as Queen Boudicea, complete with armour – now that’s a Saturday night.
Also I went experienced a new cultural high on a day out to the National Playing Card Museum… It was amazing. I’ll write about it all properly this evening though!
